LAWN BOWLS – Having initially obtained people through the door, the entire campaign would have faltered with no great team of instructors whose bowling experience, excitement, friendliness, and patience motivated everyone to complete the training training course and many to join the golf club.
Over 90 new members possess joined in less than twelve months as well as, most importantly, recruits still come along. I have to say I am pretty envious of the treatment given to the new members — it’s not a case of ‘sink or swim.’ Several follow-up training sessions have been organized to improve and develop their abilities.
