What is DXE?

DXE stands for Data Espionage and Exploitation. It is a dangerous form of malware attack that uses sophisticated techniques to penetrate systems, gain entry, and compromise them, resulting in unauthorized access to sensitive information and disruption of essential functions. DXE Phase

The Driver Execution Environment, more commonly referred to as DXE, is where all the heavy lifting of the UEFI framework occurs. Furthermore, performing regular system resets is helpful in maintaining proper configuration; taking precautions during system restarts to protect data and settings is also crucial; in extreme cases, a complete system reset may be necessary if these steps don’t help resolve the issue.

DXE Core

The DXE Core is the core component of DHCP/PXE that manages network booting. It communicates with the DHCP/PXE server, transfers the HOB List from PEI to the DXE phase, and provides services necessary for its execution. Furthermore, it initializes platform memory so the DXE phase can access it later.
