(b) Offsite: link building, bookmarks, directories, review sites; PPC.
Publish and market the content
(a) Campaign strategies: promotions and calls to action to generate leads, nurture prospects and accelerate sales.
(b) Blog, syndication; RSS; forum(s).
(c) Social media—leverage Facebook (Twitter, others as warranted) for community development with features such as badges, “Like” buttons, etc. Create and execute online community strategy.

+ Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of marketing and social media programs on recruiting initiatives.

+ Prominently represent the company in the public domain (trade shows, conferences, et cetera) and directly with prospective candidates via social media.
+ Collaborate across the organization, building relationships across the marketing, PR, HR, and Sales organizations.
