“Social Marketing for Business — Join the Conversation!” is Denver’s premier social media for business Meetup. Its online community of well over 1,000 members makes it one of the ten largest Business and Social Networking Meetups in the world.
The topic for July, 2012, was “Creating a Successful Social Media Content Generation Plan.” Popular annual topics include “Legal and Copyright Considerations of Social Media Marketing” and “Utilizing Video in Social Media Marketing.”
Since its inception in September, 2009, the group’s goal has been to help its members achieve measureable Return On Investment (ROI) through social media marketing. It meets the third Friday of each month at the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce in the Streets at SouthGlenn in Centennial, Colorado. The group fosters ongoing interaction and knowledge sharing through online channels:

Webolutions®, a Denver, Colorado-based marketing agency, coordinates all group activity and leads the conversation. Marketing experts from Webolutions® also lead Tips Groups. These are small breakouts focused on individual social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, Mobile Apps) where attendees share tactical questions and answers in small groups.
